About the Role
Petro Canada is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Edmonton, Alberta. This role involves overseeing all aspects of retail operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage staff and assign duties effectively. They will determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies. Developing and implementing marketing strategies is also a key part of this position. Responsibilities include resolving various issues, such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. The Store Manager will plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. A minimum of two years to less than three years of experience is required for this management position.

This position operates in a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to stand for extended periods. Employment terms offer flexibility, including evening, shift, morning, night, day, and weekend options, with hours to be determined. Fluency in English is required for this role.
