East Coast Water Solutions is hiring a Sales Team Lead in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This is a full-time position with various shifts available, including early morning, morning, and day shifts, with opportunities for overtime. Free parking is available for employees.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Team Lead, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, including apprentices, stage hands, and the design team. Your duties will involve assigning tasks, establishing work schedules, and overseeing hiring and training processes. You will be responsible for authorizing payments and merchandise returns, selling merchandise, and preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. Additionally, you will resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and conduct performance reviews for staff, including office and volunteer personnel.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess a College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience. A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is required for this role. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
