About the Role
Mobil Gas Bar in Cold Lake, Alberta, is seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor. This role is based in a retail service establishment and gas bar, focusing on retail store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating staff activities, assigning duties, and assisting with hiring and training. The supervisor will manage cash, order and authorize returns of merchandise, and organize inventory. This role also involves establishing work schedules, preparing reports on sales and personnel, conducting performance reviews, and resolving customer and supply issues.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years, combined with 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency with iOS and MS Outlook is required. The role demands strong personal suitability traits including client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, dependability, and the ability to multitask. A criminal record check is mandatory. The work environment is fast-paced and involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, including standing for extended periods.
