About the Role

AEB WELLINGTON INC. AROMA ESPRESSO BAR is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Toronto, ON. This role involves supervising 5-10 people in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Responsibilities & Work Environment

The successful candidate will work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and perform repetitive tasks in a physically demanding role. Attention to detail is crucial, and the position requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, including standing for extended periods, to manage a large workload.

Requirements

Candidates must have a College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience, along with 5 years or more of experience in the field.

Required certifications include Food service manager certification, Bartender certification, Smart Serve, and a Safe Food Handling certificate.

Proficiency with electronic cash registers and point of sale systems is necessary.
