About the Role

Masala Boyz Indian Lounge and Bar Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee operations in Langley, British Columbia. This role involves comprehensive management of daily restaurant functions, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

The manager will monitor revenues to determine labour costs and track staff performance. Key duties include planning and organising daily operations, determining services offered, and implementing operational procedures. The role also involves costing products and services, organising and maintaining inventory, and ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed. You will negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, negotiate with clients for catering or facility use, and participate in marketing plans and their implementation. Providing excellent customer service is also a key expectation.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. A minimum of two years to less than three years of experience in a relevant role is required.
