Key duties include setting staff work schedules, supervising and training staff, and conducting performance reviews. The successful candidate will also organize and maintain inventory, participate in marketing plans and their implementation, and lead and instruct individuals. Addressing customers' complaints or concerns and providing excellent customer service are also essential aspects of this position.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 3 years to less than 5 years of experience is required for this position.
