I am seeking an individual who has good English skills who is willing to work in my home to take care of my disabled daughter who is 38 years old. I want the person to have a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience of working in this field

Our home is non-smoking and we have two large dogs who will require your help in taking care of them when I am away.

Your duties will be that you are responsible for administering her medication as prescribed, take care of her personal hygiene (ie: brushing her teeth, giving her a bath, change her diapers as well as making sure that she is clean & comfortable).

The successful candidate will also have to do shopping at times, light housekeeping, prepare and cook nutritious meals, providing companionship will be essential on outings to the mall, the doctors office or other such outings and may come up.

Lifting her from her bed to her chair, as well as when you are bathing her. Her weight is approximately 100 lbs. The job requires a lot of physical capabilities such as bending, lifting, crouching, repetitive tasks, as well as sitting and standing.

I am offering free room & board in my home if desired and I will pay for relocation costs if necessary. I want the successful candidate to have a First Aid Certificate as well as knowing CPR.

This position is open of all candidates, (ie: young adults, military veterans, mature adults, indigenous and persons with mild disables.

The hours are flexible starting at 8 a.m. and finishing at approximately 8 p.m. Each day will start at 8 a.m. until noon, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. There are 10 days paid vacation per year, paid time off for lunch (30 min.)
