Responsibilities

Tasks

 

 

•Lead and run production efficiently and consistently

•Control process variations, instruct in troubleshooting quality issues on an ongoing

 

 

•Evaluating yield versus the recipe on a regular basis and suggest improvements

•Safeguard bakers work practices, coach bakers and support to increase their knowledge

•Manage recipes and develop techniques to maximize quality and minimize costs

•Coordinate workflow, and optimize tasks to maximize efficiency

•Responsible for efficiency, safety and cleanness and all bakery equipment

•Lead continuous improvement and product development

•Provide technical expertise and support

•Direct food safety, quality control, work safe and inventory rotation practices in the bakery.
