Responsibilities
Tasks
·       Relay emails and phone calls to intended receivers

·       Issue bills and receive payment from the clients

·       In- charge of room booking and or room cancellation

·       Process guest/s arrival and departures

·       Follow emergency and safety procedures

·       Provide information on hotel amenities and facilities

·       Perform cash balancing, cash reports, and related forms.

·       Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest complaints

·       Runs the night audit sequence and prepares night audit reports, management reports and daily revenue reports.

·       Assist in the implementation of new procedures and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy of night audit operations.

·       Perform front desk duties, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and assisting with guest requests during the night shift.

·       Responsible of managing and setting up guest breakfast until the Attendant comes in.
