A-1 Trusses Ltd. is seeking an Electrician to join their team in Surrey, British Columbia. This full-time position offers various shifts, including early morning, morning, evening, and day options.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include keeping maintenance reports and documentation. The role involves splicing, joining, and connecting wires, as well as testing and measuring voltage, loads, and the ground fault integrity of circuits. You will troubleshoot and isolate faults, and install surface mount and/or overhead cables. Tasks also include installing power generation, stand-by power generation, and power conditioning systems. Grounding and bonding electrical equipment, systems, and structures, including swimming pools and hot tubs, is part of the job. You will renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures, conduct preventive maintenance programs, and read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
