About the Role

Security Key and Lock Service in Regina, Saskatchewan is seeking a dedicated Customer Accounts Supervisor. This position offers various employment terms including early morning, morning, day, and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will coordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish work schedules and procedures, and examine and verify the accuracy of work. Key duties include identifying workers' training needs, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

The supervisor will also provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Additional responsibilities involve training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, conducting performance reviews, and recruiting and hiring staff. The role also requires coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work.

Requirements

Applicants should have a college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is required.

Proficiency with MS Office is essential. The role demands attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage a large workload, and meet tight deadlines under pressure. Candidates must be accurate, dependable, efficient, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong judgement, organizational abilities, reliability, and a team player attitude are also crucial.

A basic security clearance and bondability are required for this position.
